XX Suffolk Square. Jan. 13th Hazard Awareness Notice due to overcrowding (3 bed 4 children) placed on property by N.C.C. Env Health. Feb. 21st Heat sensor in kitchen and smoke alarms 2 in hallway and 1 in Salon re-fitted. March. 16th new front door lock fitted. April 20th Fire extinguishers replaced, 3 smoke alarms re-seated. 24th Damaged heat sensor base unit replaced. May. 9th Electrical Safety tests – fail. Plug socket replaced in kitchen, extractor fan filter removed, bulb resat and 2 smoke alarms replaced.
XX Birkbeck Rd. Feb. 10th New cooker delivered. 14th Central Heating reset and radiators bled. Front garden cleared. 15th Heat detector replaced in kitchen. 19th Heating reset and rad key left. 28th Boiler clock reconnected.March. 25th New locks fitted. 29th Bedroom doors replaced. 30th Ace Fire Annual service. April. 10th – 24th Complete re-decorating, Electrical upgrading and safety tests completed. 26th Fridge-freezer delivered, garden waste removed, Env Health visit. May. Electrical works to kitchen, change mixer taps.
XX Shorncliffe Ave. Jan. 12th Front door 2 locks refitted, frame spliced and door rehung. New Kitchen door fitted. 18th Central Heating upgraded -New pump, diverter and controler fitted. 27th Both Fire Extinguishers refilled. Feb. 17th Both Fire Extinguishers replaced. 20th Spare Keys cut. March 26th Fire = Smoke damage to bedrooms. Back door lock replaced. 30th Ace Fire annual service. April. 1st Front door lock changed. XX Clarkson Rd. – Jan. 26th Salon door frame spliced, repainted and door replaced. 27th Back right bedroom door frame repair. Salon carpet laid. Feb. 2nd Kitchen door replaced, 9th Feb -Curtain battons (7 of) fitted above all windows and painted. 12th Fridge freezer replaced. 24th Boiler repaired. March. 1st Front garden cleared of rubbish, back garden 1/2 done, 4th Shabby Chic kitchen cabinet delivered. 30th Ace Fire Annual service. May. Lino fitting to bathroom.
